The top of the chair has a cupids bow crest rail with carved ears. The back is spooned with a solid splat. The seat has a scalloped apron. The cabriole legs terminate in slipper feet. Serpentine flat stretchers run along the bottom of the chair.
Condition:
Sub-rails were added to the chair in the 18th century. The slip seat is replaced.
