Very Rare Walnut Chippendale Pewter Press (SOLD)
Description:
One of two known, this pewter press joins desirable architectural elements in perfect symmetry. A bold cornice sits above the top case with glass doors and fluted quarter columns. A nice base molding joins the base to the top with a three-drawer arrangement over bold ogee feet. Interestingly, the backboards and shelves are made of walnut.
